2009 FLU SHOT CLINIC

Minnesota LECET is sponsoring Seasonal Flu Shots.
The Minnesota Visiting Nurses will be in Virginia on Thursday, October 8 from 5pm to 7pm and Grand Rapids on Thursday, November 12 also from 5pm to 7pm.

These Seasonal Flu Shots are scheduled prior to our Union Meetings. Bring your Membership Card, your Benefit Card, and your family. Seasonal vaccinations are free to members and their families. Children under age 5 are not eligible. Clinics are for Seasonal vaccinations only. Consult your physician for H1N1 information.
