MENTORING:

In late February, 2012 our Local will be rolling out a mentoring program that will be a member to member outreach for all of us to get more engaged in our union.  It will start with Apprentices and branch out from there.  Items such as local rules, events, participation, history, and overall involvement in your union will be discussed.  We will talk from union meetings to picnics and Christmas get togethers and also from work ethics and code of performance to politics and how to become a better union member.

This is  our Union.  Be a part of it to the best of your ability.
