TRAINING NEWS

 LABORERS' TRAINING CENTER UPDATE 2011-12 TRAINING SEASON

 

Training classes have returned to an 8 hour training day.  Weekday and Saturday classes at the Laborers' Training Center (Including Duluth) begin promptly at 7:00 a.m.  End times will vary based upon the class.  Asbestos classes end at 3:00 p.m., General classes end at 3:30 p.m., and Lead classes end at 4:00 p.m.    
 

 Students are encouraged to register for class as soon as possible since classes have a tendancy to fill up quickly.  You can find a schedule of all classes offered on the Training Center website www.ltcmn.org or annual tri-folds are available in the local union office.  If it becomes necessary to cancel a class, please call and inform the Training Center immediately.  (Toll Free Number 888-758-6466).

This facility has a great staff.  Russ Beyer is the Director of Training.  In addition to, there are 9 Full-time Trainers, we offer 67 different classes and some specialty classes upon request by Contractors to full-fill certain job requirements.
